Hala Builder is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will assist in clerical tasks, document management, and office coordination to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support various departments with paperwork and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
