Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring availability at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and packages.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support staff with filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist in handling travel arrangements and expense reports for staff.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
